“Izo 5 Second,” responsible for over 1,000 cases of sexual violence in Haiti

Wanted for a multitude of offenses, Izo is accused of murders, ransom kidnappings, illegal possession of firearms, hijacking of goods trucks, and participation in criminal associations.

However, it is his involvement in more than 1,035 documented cases of sexual violence in Haiti that is sending shockwaves through the community, highlighting the gravity of the threat posed by the Segond gang under his ruthless leadership.

The horrific acts committed by Izo have created an atmosphere of fear and insecurity among the Haitian people, underscoring the urgent need for international cooperation in the fight against organized crime and the protection of citizens’ fundamental rights.
