Haiti: Clerks’ strike continues
The National Association of Haitian Clerks maintains the strike to continue to demand better working conditions for all Clerks and Parquet Clerks of the 18 jurisdictions of the country and the Courts of the Republic.
The Association once again reminds the entire judicial sector in particular and all litigants in general, that the general and unlimited strike started on April 12, 2022 is still maintained throughout the territory until further notice.
