“Ti Rasta” arrested for murder in Bon Repos

The Bon-Repos police proceeded this Saturday August 13 to the arrest of the named Sainca Jean Franck, nicknamed “Ti-Rasta” in Rosembert, a locality of Bon Repos.

He is suspected of involvement in the homicide of Daphnée Joseph, the wife of Doctor Ecclesiastes Noël, perpetrated on the night of July 25 to 26, 2022 in Rosembert.

This arrest follows the death of “Papito” thus known, killed this week during the exchange of fire with the Police. He was also indexed to have participated in this heinous crime orchestrated by the gang headed by the name Patrick, alias “Patchouko”, who is actively wanted by the National Police of Haiti.

This gang is accused of kidnapping, truck hijacking and criminal association.
