The plenary session on the proposals ended. During the heated debates, six proposals were made, but none of them were accepted. Each group leaves Jamaica with its proposals.

In his closing speech of the meeting, the de facto PM Ariel Henry who apologized for his excesses of language during the first day, congratulates the protagonists and makes an appointment in Haiti to continue the meetings under the mediation of the CARICOM.
