Arrest of an Alleged Accomplice of the Bel-Air Gang Leader

This Tuesday, in a meticulous police operation, law enforcement successfully apprehended Jean Chrisilhomme Romain, one of the drivers for the notorious Bel-Air gang leader, Kempes.
