CONATEL authorizes SPACEX to operate on Haitian territory

The American Internet service provider, Starlink (SPACE X), has received authorization from CONATEL to operate on national territory. Starlink Haiti is authorized to use a station (User Terminal) which includes a Wi-Fi router, an antenna and accessories and high-speed Internet access via satellite, according to the certificate of approval issued by the state institution on November 24.

It will be three months since the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) announced that it had received a request from SPACE X, an Internet service provider, finally accepting that the company operates in the country.

The arrival of Starlink (SPACE X) should bring a new breath of fresh air to the Internet reasoning in Haiti.
