Insecurity: Canada will not intervene in Haiti

Canada does not plan to send troops to Haiti, as many wish. According to a statement by General Wayne Eyre in an interview with Reuters, Canadian authorities do not intend to intervene in Haiti to help fight gangs.

“The Canadian army which supports the war in Ukraine is in enormous difficulty to lead a mission to combat insecurity in Haiti”, declared the General.

Meanwhile, the gangs continue to gain much more territory. This week, gangs have paralyzed school activities in Lalue, Bas Delmas among others.
