INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT NOTICE | CTE-RMPP / DINEPA – 5 Agency Managers

As part of the restructuring and strengthening of its operational and financial performance, the Metropolitan Port-au-Prince Technical Operations Center (CTE-RMPP) is seeking to recruit five (5) Agency Managers for the following areas:

Delmas, Pétion-Ville, Carrefour, Port-au-Prince and Tabarre.

Agency Manager

Mission

The Agency Manager will be responsible for the commercial, customer service, administrative and operational management of the agency, and will be directly accountable for achieving revenue collection targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement the strategic objectives of the Commercial and Customer Service Directorate
• Achieve the collection targets set by the Directorate
• Ensure the growth of the agency’s customer portfolio
• Organize and supervise collection activities by customer segment
• Implement structured payment plans when necessary
• Supervise commercial and technical operations in cases of non-compliance
• Collaborate with legal bodies in the management of strategic disputes
• Monitor key performance indicators of the agency
• Analyze gaps and propose corrective measures
• Ensure consistency between services delivered and billing
• Identify operational issues affecting commercial performance
• Supervise and manage agency staff and evaluate their performance
• Represent the agency before local authorities and partners
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations
• Protect the image and credibility of the CTE-RMPP

Required Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in team management, commercial management, or customer portfolio management
• Good command of customer management software, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Experience in financial institutions, credit institutions, or recovery management is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ability to represent the agency before its clients
• Availability for immediate employment
