Kidnapping in Port-au-Prince Harbor: Two Filipino Mariners Abducted
On Tuesday, September 10, a serious incident occurred in the Port-au-Prince harbor: two crew members from a cargo vessel were abducted. The ship, owned by the international company Crowley, was moored and awaiting docking when the incident took place.
According to available information, the two Filipino mariners were seized by individuals who arrived aboard a small speedboat. At the time of the abduction, the ship was already in position near the port, waiting to complete the docking procedures.
