The Vitelhomme gang set fire to the Fermathe police station

Armed men attacked, Wednesday evening, the sub-police station of Fort Jacques in Fermathe, in the heights of Pétion-ville. They chased the police before looting and burning down the police station.

Cars were set on fire. The thugs took away bulletproof vests, helmets and other equipment. For the time being, the Fermathe district is delivered into the hands of the Vitelhomme gang.

It should be recalled that the Pernier police station was destroyed by the Vitelhomme gang and that more than 3 communes in the Artibonite operate without the presence of the police.
