Violent Attack Rocks Port-au-Prince’s National Penitentiary

This Tuesday, around noon, the tranquility of Port-au-Prince’s civil prison, commonly referred to as the National Penitentiary, was abruptly disrupted by an attack carried out by heavily armed individuals.
