Among the individuals Guy Philippe mentioned as part of the plot are Patrick Domervil, Ti Pouchon, Vladimir Paraison, the Central Director of Administrative Police (DCPA) Frantz Mathurin, the mayor of Pétion-Ville, Kesner Normil, as well as former chief of security for Laurent Lamothe.
