Ronald Docteur, an agent of the Drug Trafficking Squad, was arrested on June 1 by the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police.

He is accused of having helped his brother Johnny Docteur to leave the country, while the latter is involved in the arms shipment file which had entered Haiti on behalf of the Episcopal Church.

According to the judicial police, Ronald Docteur passed through Plateau Central with the Assistant Director of the DIF to reach the Dominican Republic before entering New York.
