Assassination of Jovenel Moise: John Joël Joseph pleaded not guilty in federal court

Former West Senator John Joël Joseph, imprisoned in the United States for his alleged involvement in the assassination of President Jovenel Moise, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in federal court in Florida.

John Joël Joseph claimed his innocence and requested a trial with jury assistance.

It should be recalled that the former parliamentarian confessed to having contributed to the assassination of the former Head of State by providing weapons and vehicles for the operation of July 7, 2021 at Pèlerin 5, in the heights of the commune of Pétion -city, and he had spoken with some mercenaries before the day of the crime, he made his statements during his hearing by FBI agents.
