Teacher arrested for raping student

Philippe Decossa, a school teacher in Duchity (Grand’Anse) was arrested yesterday, Tuesday June 13, for his alleged involvement in the rape of a 15-year-old student.

At the same time, a doctor by the name of Peterson Larrieux is accused in the rape of a 15-year-old girl inside the community hospital in Dame-Marie. A complaint is filed against the alleged rapist.
