A couple of policemen attacked by bandits, one of them murdered

Last Sunday, December 11, an armed man assassinated policewoman Nadège Joseph. The act was committed in Clercine (Tabarre). The victim is from the 30th promotion of the National Police.

The Syndicate of the National Police reports that armed individuals attacked the agent Nadège Joseph and her husband, Johny Bellume, also a police officer, in Clercine on Sunday evening. Policewoman Nadège Joseph died from her injuries.

The victims suffered this attack while they were coming from Cape Town to settle some administrative files at the level of the Directorate General of the National Police.
