On Thursday, December 8, 2022, more than 70 police officers joined the Departmental Unit for the Maintenance of Order of the West 2. These police officers received their certificates after training at the Police School.
Several police officers of the department, including the departmental director of West 2, the divisional commissioner Clévens Cétoute and trainers who participated in the training, were present when the new agents of the UDMO received the certificate.

The leaders of this western unit encourage these police officers to show professionalism in the exercise of their duties.
The police authorities rely heavily on the support of these new agents of the UDMO to curb the actions of the bandits who control several areas in Port-au-Prince.
