Dadou case: Romain Molina sentenced for defamation

Found guilty of the offense of defamation of Yves Jean-Bart, Romain Molina is ordered to pay the former president of the Haitian Football Federation the sum of one euro (€1) in damages and 2,000 euros in damages. as legal costs.

Romain Molina is also ordered to restate, within a period not exceeding 15 days, his defamatory remarks against Dr Jean-Bart in videos broadcast on the YouTube platform.

The payment of a fine of 500 euros is also required from the French blogger. The aforementioned information was reported by the Legal Counsel of Dr. Yves Jean-Bart, through a press release published this Tuesday, June 6.
