Petroleum products are not always available at the pump in Port-de-Paix
Despite the resumption of the distribution of petroleum products since the beginning of November, the gas pumps of the North-West department are still not fueled. In a note issued by the North-West Chamber of Commerce and Industry, they denounced the black market.

On the other hand, the institution encourages the actors concerned, to put in place other modes of supply in the regions to solve this situation that puts an end to the lives of Haitians every day.
