The Director General of the National Police, Frantz Elbé, proceeded to the installation of a new Central Director of the Administrative Police, informs the police institution.
This new installation is part of a strategic change within the Police, in accordance with the prescriptions of article 16 of the law establishing the National Police of Haiti, indeed the DG Frantz Elbé proceeded to the installation of the Inspector General Alain AUGUSTE at the command of the Central Directorate of the Administrative Police in replacement of the Inspector General Joany CANEUS.

Still according to the note, “this highly strategic change aims at organizational restructuring; the strengthening of the operational capacities of the structures of the PNH and a redoubling of energy in the fight against armed gangs.”
