Haiti: $53 million to help the weakest
The United States announces the granting of an envelope of 53.7 million US to help Haiti to fight the food crisis which it has been facing for some time.

The American Vice-President who made the announcement on Thursday said that this money will be managed by USAID, which will be responsible for helping 4.9 million food insecure people in the country.
It should be noted that last March, the government announced an envelope of more than 21 billion gourdes to combat food insecurity in the country, so far nothing has been done and the country starving.
