Haiti – Banditry : The mambo “Ti boun” arrested by the police
Two (2) alleged bandits active members of the 400 Mawozo gang were fatally injured in exchanges of fire with the Police, during an operation carried out in Thomaseau, in the afternoon of Tuesday August 16, 2022.
The named Joseph Vierge, alias “Tiboun”, a voodoo priestess and suspected of being the concubine of the gang leader “Lanmò San Jou” was also arrested by the PNH.
According to the first information, the follower of voodoo Joseph Vierge would have made his house available to “Lanmò San Jou” for the purpose of accommodation during his escape from the city center of Croix-des-Bouquets.
