The dates of the carnival festivities in Port-au-Prince are known. Through a press release this Monday, February 13, the municipal authorities of Port-au-Prince officially launched this year’s carnival festivities.
The festivities will take place from February 19 to 21, around the theme: “Rekonsilyasyon pou lapè”.

An envelope of fifteen million (15,000,000) gourdes is available for the financing of this year’s carnival informs the authorities. Note that five (5) musical groups will participate in the parades, which will take place from 10 am to 6 pm.
