The Dajabon border remains closed

The protest movement continues in Dajabon. The Haitians still close the border. There is no commercial activity going on, which is not good for the Dominicans. The Haitians say they will not let it go as long as the Dominican authorities do not stop the deportation.

Still on Tuesday, the border gate remained closed. No one came to market.

We would like to inform you that the Dominican authorities have deported thousands of Haitians in less than 3 months.
