A shipment of weapons and ammunition was seized at Port-au-Prince customs on June 7. According to information available to metronome, customs authorities seized 17 boxes of 5.56 caliber cartridges, a box containing 115 9mm caliber cartridges, two boxes of Glock firearms, an M4 which has serial number LW 383158 and a range helmet.

Two people have been arrested and justice is looking for several others involved in this case. This cargo came from the United States.
