The notorious bandit Blaze One was killed in exchanges of fire with members of the police, in the afternoon of this Sunday, February 19, 2023, at the level of the Sainte-Philomène district, North department. According to a police note, the latter had in his possession a 38 caliber revolver.
Also during this operation, Wilson Jean, aged 23, a member of the gang led by “Ti Pòtoprens”, thus known, was arrested by police officers.

The police institution said in the note that, “The named Ti Pòtoprens, Caderson and Blaze One thus known are involved in several murders by gunshots, robberies and criminal association”.
Wilson Jean is placed in police custody pending the necessary legal action.
