Black Monday in Haiti’s Cul-de-Sac Plain as Families Flee Gang Violence

A new wave of gang violence turned Monday into a nightmare for residents of Haiti’s Cul-de-Sac Plain. Heavy clashes between armed groups forced several families to abandon their homes in fear for their lives.
