Clash between kidnappers and the police
Kidnapping attempt in downtown Port-au-Prince. At least one alleged kidnapper was killed on Thursday March 3 in exchanges of fire with police officers at Poste Marchand, we learned.

The population is in shock. Schools are unable to continue face-to-face lessons. With this climate of terror, student performance is declining.
