Jean-Mary Guillaume, Director General of the National Telecommunications Council died very early on Monday, January 16, following a stroke.

64-year-old Jean-Mary Guillaume left Haiti on December 21 to seek treatment in the United States, where he passed away, his relatives told the radio journal Vérité.
