In correspondence with the Director General of the institution, Hans Jacques JOSEPH, the Je Klere Foundation indicates that this report, if it exists, must be public, recalling that the former Prime Minister mentioned the Anti-Corruption Unit among the institutions that have scrutinized its management.
“The ACU did not work on the financial management of Laurent Lamothe,” said Joseph. The ACU had responded favorably to Judge Accimé’s request to verify the declaration of assets of the persons indexed in the Petrocaribe file. The case being in the investigating office, the ACU has not made this report public, specifies Me Joseph.
