“Projet Bolivie”: Artists March Allegedly Linked to Plot Against Jovenel Moïse
New revelations attributed to FBI-related documents suggest that the white-clad artists’ march held prior to the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse may have been part of a broader strategic operation known as “Projet Bolivi.”
According to these findings, the demonstration reportedly led by figures including Izolan was not merely symbolic, but allegedly designed to politically isolate the head of state ahead of the attack.
Investigators are also examining financial flows tied to the operation. Beyond the $150,000 contribution admitted by Rodolphe Jaar, several million dollars are believed to have been mobilized to support activities surrounding the march.
Meanwhile, past statements by artist Fantom have resurfaced, further fueling questions about the true nature and intent of the mobilization.
