The named Loriste Ylusse, an active member of the Kokorat San Ras gang, was apprehended this afternoon by the police, in the town of Estère, located in the Artibonite department.

Also arrested for association with criminals, Loriste Ylusse was responsible for receiving ransoms for the benefit of this gang, of which he plays the role of scout and informant.
He is currently in custody pending the necessary legal action.
