“Ti André”, the driver of gang leader Izo, arrested in Port-au-Prince
Six (6) people including the driver of Izo, head of the 5 Seconds Base, operating in Village de Dieu, Jean André “ti André”, were arrested this Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in Croix-des-Près (Pacot, Port -au-Prince).
They are accused of criminal association, armed robbery, kidnapping and murder.
For the moment, they are placed in police custody before their case is referred to the competent authorities in the matter.
