During a hearing on Tuesday, the judge handling this case postponed the trial to May 2024.

This decision was made in concert with the defendants’ attorneys who had a discussion with the judge regarding the Classification of Procedural Information Act (CIPA).

According to the Voice of America, the judge who made the decision is the same one who last month sentenced Rodolph Jaar to life.
