Moment of panic this morning in downtown Port-au-Prince. Several districts including Canapé-Vert Debussy, Turgeau, Bois-Verna were in shock.

Members of the population of Canapé-Vert this morning intercepted a mini bus aboard which were about fifteen heavily armed individuals who were going to Débussy to reinforce the gang which invaded this area. All occupants of the vehicle were killed and burned.
Activities are completely paralyzed. School gates are closed.
