Jean Wilner Morin escaped an assassination attempt
The vehicle of the investigating judge Jean Wilner Morin was riddled with bullets this Wednesday in the vicinity of One Stop Market on the road to Frères. The car being armored, the security guard who was on board was not hit during the armed attack.

It should be recalled that Magistrate Morin is investigating several sensitive cases, including those of corruption involving the former CEO of Customs Romel Bell and the CAS, whose Director Edwin Tonton was arrested by order of the judge.
