Haiti: Restoration of Interbank Payment Service

The Haitian Interbank Payment Service is once again operational following a technical difficulty, according to the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH). However, the PRONAP service has not yet been restored, which is affecting daily banking transactions.
